This software, including all its source code, documentation, and related
materials (collectively the "Software"), is the exclusive property of
PT MicroHelix Tech Solutions and its developer Ach. Miftakhul Huda.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

   PT MicroHelix Tech Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable license to use the Software solely for the internal
   business purposes of the organization that is authorized to receive this
   license ("Licensee"), subject to the restrictions below.

2. RESTRICTIONS

   Unless expressly permitted in writing by PT MicroHelix Tech Solutions,
   Licensee may NOT:
   - Reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, sublicense or sell the Software, in
     whole or in part, to any third party;
   - Use the Software to develop software, products, services or solutions that
     are provided to third parties for monetary or other consideration;
   - Redistribute or ship the Software as part of any product or service
     offered to customers or clients;
   - Allow any third party to access, install, reproduce, copy, use or modify
     the Software;
   - Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative
     works based on the Software, except to the extent strictly necessary to
     maintain or repair the Software for the Licensee's own internal use;
   - Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the
     Software.

3. OWNERSHIP

   The Software is licensed, not sold. PT MicroHelix Tech Solutions retains all
   rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights,
   patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and intellectual property rights therein.
   Licensee's use of the Software confers no ownership rights.

4. NO WARRANTY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
   AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
   LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
   FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS
   IN THE SOFTWARE.

5. TERMINATION

   This license shall terminate automatically, without notice, if Licensee
   violates any of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
